"Als langjähriger Kunde muss ich nun einmal was loswerden, Es ist nun leider desöfteren vorgekommen, dass je nach dem wer ans Telefon geht, eine verständliche Kommunikation nur sehr erschwert oder auch garnicht möglich war. Dann möchte man die Bestellung noch einmal durchgehen und auf der anderen Seite der Leitung versteht man nur Bahnhof. Schließlich fehlt die Hälfte der Großbestellung für die Arbeit. Zeit zu warten hat man in der Regel auch nicht und man ist nur noch genervt. Das Essen war und ist all die zeit über super gewesen."
